Biographical Sketch:

I am a native to Colorado and grew up in Colorado Springs and come from a family of teachers. After high school, I went to CSU in Fort Collins and studied Natural Resources Management and Fishery Biology. I then became a Park Ranger and found that I loved educating visitors about our environment and all that our amazing state has to offer. I then decided to go back to school to complete my Masters in Education through the Boettcher Teacher Residency program. I started teaching in 2015 teaching Science and Engineering at a STEM school. I then taught High School Physics and Chemistry at Evergreen High School. This is my first year at Everitt and am excited to share my passion for science with my students. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, hunting, sports, being outdoors, crafts, and playing with my dogs.
